Mick I was so saddened to discover this news. I'll look back on our time working together at Basildon with such fondness, where your warmth and compassion is something that will always stay with me. You were everything that someone looks for in as a supervisor, but more importantly, a person aswell. I'll always be thankful for how much support and encouragement you gave to me when I wanted to join up. You will always be an absolute gentleman.
